Turn Back Time -- Pretty Please!

I have come to realize that my judgement absolutely rocks. And like all good things that you never tend to appreciate while you have them,  I came to appreciate my good judgement only when I regretted not following my good judgement over the past 2 months. 

Just as the rut in life has a way of dragging you even further into itself when you really really don't want it, it does. The regret is gnawing at me. And I have spent the last 2 nights tossing and turning in my bed R-E-G-R-E-T-T-I-N-G!

In the wake of all the religious violence, I think we should all ponder -

If religion gives us a way of life, shouldn't it make us smarter rather than put us as a feature cover story for the inspirational series - Dumb, Dumber, Dumbest?

Bleh! 

It helps to question your beliefs, faith, religion and God at least once in your lifetime. If you are afraid to question it, it most definitely means you are afraid you don't have enough faith and belief in the religion you have been following for a lifetime, which also most definitely means, you'll someday be on National Television with a stone in your hand ready to charge at an innocent bystander just because you think his/her religion is inferior to yours. Never mind the fact, that your faith is not strong enough. 

Question dammit! Think. If God wanted you to stop thinking, you would be an ape. 

Or are you happy going back in evolution and being an ape that your race once was?

Ugh!! 

Toothy Poetry

Long the wait, prolonged more so by mystery

Heavens have a queue it seems

Hell's pretty quick in its glee

Noisy crickets banished afar

One wonders on the phases so far

Unfazed right now, ignorance feels like a bliss

Philosophy of it, one wonders, what could be in a gist?

Wrote this while I was waiting for an hour and a half at the dentists'. It sure was a long wait. :(

Ouching Wisdom

Got my wisdom tooth out today. 

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING EVER!

Seriously, hats off to the dentists and the doctors. It's just  yuckugh!

Apparently the swelling will be tomorrow, today is just the getting ready for the pain part. I am armed with a painkiller as well. 

I swear I am gonna take very good care of my teeth from now on. :(

Walking down the empty path

An ordeal once was, full of wrath

Trapped or free, a state of indecision

Happiness and content lacked precision

Things change, just as my clothes do

Rise from the rut, with a bang, I do too!

Still the empty path, sometimes an ordeal

The pain, in deep, is no longer sealed

Alone but no longer lonely

Albeit a bit looney

Definitely not tooney :P

Ever seen a white owl? :)

:( Me neither. I was busy sleeping when the owl dropped from the tree and fell down. It couldn't see, so crows started poking it. People gathered around, someone saved it and took it home. 

I hope he treats it well. But... dammit! I was sleeping??

I like owls. I go Wheee!!! everytime I see an owl. They are just so royally gorgeous. Mom gets the creeps looking at them and so do most people I know. 

Just because they visit graveyards more often or they are night birds?

Sheesh! 

Owls rock!! They even hoot :P
